This agreement governs the use of Toswapp and all related features, updates, software licenses, rules and policies. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the application and you should uninstall it from your device. Continued use means that you accept these terms as presented.

Services offered

Toswapp acts only as a technical platform to connect users, display indicative exchange-rate information, list exchange offices for information purposes and allow community contributions. Toswapp does not provide currency conversion, payment, investment or exchange services and does not intervene in any financial transaction between users.

Data and privacy

Collected data may be used to operate, improve and develop free or paid services, including aggregated statistics that do not compromise your anonymity. For more details about personal data and your rights, please consult the privacy policy.

Privacy and security

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Toswapp implements appropriate measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss or destruction. If you do not accept these practices, you should stop using the application.

License and rules of use

Toswapp grants you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the services for the duration of your relationship with Toswapp. You must use the application lawfully, fairly and only for its intended purpose, and you must not circumvent, alter or misuse any part of the services.

Intellectual property, maintenance and support

The application, its graphic elements, interface, source code and related content belong to Toswapp and are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, modification, distribution, reverse engineering or unauthorized use is prohibited. Maintenance and support may be provided through Toswapp’s official channels, without any guarantee of result.

Limitation of liability

Toswapp may take the measures necessary to enforce these terms and may disclose information when required by law or needed to protect its rights. Toswapp is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, privacy harm, force majeure events or inaccurate community content, including establishments, rates, photos, phone numbers, opening hours, reviews and ratings. Verification, voting and reporting tools may exist, but no absolute accuracy is guaranteed.

Changes, governing law and jurisdiction

Toswapp may amend these terms at any time. Updated terms become effective upon publication or notification. These terms are governed by French law. In case of conflict between language versions, the English version prevails. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the courts governing Toswapp’s registered office.

User-to-user exchanges

Toswapp may allow users to contact one another. Toswapp is not responsible for disputes, losses, damages or claims arising from user-to-user exchanges or currency transactions. Users should protect their personal and financial information, meet in safe public places, use verifiable means of communication and avoid sharing sensitive data through the application.

Miscellaneous provisions

These terms form the entire agreement between you and Toswapp and replace previous arrangements on the same subject. If one provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
